摘要
MET exon 14 skipping mutation (METex14) is an uncommon genomic alteration occurring in ∼3%-4% of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The clinical characteristics of patients with METex14 NSCLC are poorly understood due to limited evidence in real-world (RW) setting. Here, we compare the clinical characteristics and treatment patterns of patients with advanced/metastatic NSCLC harboring METex14 mutation and MET wild type (METwt) from a RW database.
