摘要
Targeted therapies have revolutionized the treatment of lung carcinomas harboring specific mutations. The most common and well-studied gene in this context is EGFR, however, the landscape of targetable alterations expands rapidly. While many studies characterizing these rarer mutations have focused on the metastatic setting, data on early-stage lung carcinoma is scarce.
