摘要

•The levels of neurometabolites in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) are decreased in patients with amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairments (aMCI).•Altered DLPFC neurometabolites are correlated with cognitive deficits in aMCI.•The association between diffusion neurite properties and the level of neurometabolites in the left DLPFC in older adults provide cell-specific information to brain structural microstructures.
