摘要

Our study shows for the first-time impaired microcirculation dynamics in patients with psoriasis using LSCI, in the absence of established cardiovascular disease and regardless of cardiovascular risk factors. A cross-talk between micro-macrovascular dysfunction apparently exists even at these early stages, before the establishment of clinically evident cardiovascular manifestations.
