Glycoside oleandrin downregulates toll-like receptor pathway genes and associated miRNAs in human melanoma cells

•Oleandrin reduced levels of toll-like receptor pathway genes in A375 melanoma cells.•Oleandrin downregulated the levels of hsa-miRNA-146a-5p and hsa-miRNA-21-5p in melanoma cells.•Oleandrin treatment reduced the level of proinflammatory cytokine IFNG in melanoma cells.•Oleandrin treatment was increased apoptosis rate in melanoma cells.
