摘要

•A long-term persistence of anti-Spike IgG antibodies in children was observed.•A significant decrease over time in IgG antibody levels was evidenced.•IgG response is different depending on the child's age.•Younger patients show a lower seroconversion rate.•Most of the children did not show cellular response at 6–7 months by T-SPOT assay.
