Impact of rising temperatures on occupational accidents in Brazil in the period 2006 to 2019: A multiple correspondence analysis

•We combined occupational accidents data and climatic variables into a new database.•We verified a positive association between heat stress and occupational accidents.•There is an association between high levels heat stress and death of the worker.•Workers of color are associated to higher levels of heat stress.•Unprecedented results and database on Brazilian research.
