We introduce a time-perturbation scattering theory for the time reflection and refraction of waves and show the application of the methods to inverse scattering theory. Topics include time-dependent Schro¨ dinger equation, electromagnetic, acoustic inverse scattering theory. Numerical solutions in which time-perturbation wave equations are discretized in time and space by the finite difference method provide solutions of time-perturbation wave equation.
