摘要
Building loads make up a significant proportion of urban distribution network. Commercial buildings as carriers of flexible loads and distributed energy storage resources, have a rich regulating potential for participating in the electricity market to gain revenue through further adjustment. This paper present a two-stage generalised energy storage (GES) optimisation allocation method based on commercial building loads, include heating ventilation and airconditioning system (HVAC), building charging piles (BCPs) and stationary energy storage (SES). Simulations are carried out in the IEEE 33-node distribution network system, the results show that the proposed method can suppress the power fluctuations significantly as well as reduce the SES costs.
