摘要
•The high-Q Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 substrate was achieved by adjusting sintering temperature parameter.•The Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 sintered at 1670 ℃ was characterized by high ordering degree, large distortion, long phonons lifetime and short bond length.•The Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 ceramic based filter was designed for X-band high frequency applications.
