摘要
•An optoelectronic model of Perovskite-on-CIGS multi-junction solar cells is built.•1Pk/CIGS-J can reach 34.39% PCE and 2Pk/CIGS-J can achieve 36.72%.•Under solar concentration, 1Pk/CIGS-J can exceed 36% PCE, 2Pk/CIGS can reach 40%.•Temperature sensitivities on the overall performance of devices are investigated.•Temperature sensitivity of our devices reduce with increasing solar concentration.
