摘要
•A oxazole-based NIR fluorescent probe has been developed for the sequential detection of Cu2+ and S2− ions.•The probe ISOP has an excellent specificity for Cu2+ and a low detection limit (0.36 µM).•The probe can detect Cu2+ by liquid and solid colorimetry and has been successfully applied to live cell imaging.
