•Janus nanoribbon-in-ribbon embedded structure microbelt is designed and constructed.•A brand-new concept of microscopic anisotropic conduction is firstly advanced.•Each microbelt owns microscopic conductive anisotropy, magnetism and fluorescence.•Microbelt as building unit ensures strong fluorescence and high conductance of array.•Novel techniques are established to construct special-structured microbelt and array.
