摘要
Behcet's disease is a relapsing, inflammatory, multi-systemic disease. Coronary arterial involvement in Behcet's disease is very rare with a prevalence of less than 0.5%. We report the case of a 34-year-old man who presented with a coronary artery pseudoaneurysm associated with Behcet's disease. The patient underwent a successful left internal thoracic artery to left anterior descending artery bypass graft procedure, and remains symptom-free in a 6-month follow up with normal electrocardiogram.
