Hierarchical core–shell-structured bimetallic nickel–cobalt phosphide nanoarrays coated with nickel sulfide for high-performance hybrid supercapacitors

The unique hierarchical core–shell structured NiCoP@NiS nanoarrays are synthesized through by a three-step method (hydrothermal treatment, calcination and electrodeposition); Cyclic stability and coulomb efficiency of NiCoP@NiS electrode; Gravimetric specific capacitance of NiCoP@NiS and other similar electrodes.
