摘要
•The temperature characteristics of SiC-DPF during DTI regeneration are investigated.•Different vehicle speed, initial soot load, regeneration duration and target DTI regeneration temperature under real vehicle road conditions have been tested.•A necessary DTI entrance boundary selection is essential for the protection of the filters.•Linear fit prediction models of peak temperature and maximum temperature gradient are developed to offer guidance for safe regeneration.
