Renal Pelvis Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease Mimicking Malignant Tumor A Case of F-18-FDG and Ga-68-FAPI PET/CT Imaging

A space-occupying lesion in the left renal pelvis was found in a 56-year-old man. The patient voluntarily participated in a clinical trial of Ga-68-FAPI in solid tumors. PET/CT images revealed an intense F-18-FDG and Ga-68-FAPI uptake in this lesion. Malignant tumor was suspected. The patient subsequently underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. The postoperative pathological examination established the diagnosis of immunoglobulin G4-related disease.
