First Real-Time 2.46Tb/s Ultra-Dense WSDM PON Demonstration with Optical Injection Locking Enabled Self-Homodyne Coherent Detection

Using optical injection locking enabled self-homodyne coherent detection, we demonstrated the first 2.46Tb/s real-time cost-efficient ultra-dense WSDM PON with filterless ONU, which can tolerate up to ~10MHz transmitter laser linewidth and 1024MHz frequency offset.
