Collagen-anchored cascade nanoreactors with prolonged intratumoral retention for combined cancer starvation and chemotherapy

•A new strategy was proposed to construct collagen-anchored nanoreactors.•A delivery platform was established for enzyme protection and activity preservation.•The nanoreactor successfully prolonged the retention of enzymes in the tumor.•The nanoreactor achieved chemotherapy and cascade catalysis-based starvation therapy.
