An Equivalent Substitute Strategy for Constructing 3D Ordered Porous Carbon Foams and Their Electromagnetic Attenuation Mechanism

Highlights Three-dimensional ordered porous carbon foam with abundant hetero-atoms is successfully prepared through employing silica microspheres template. The pore volume and specific surface area are effectively adjusted by an equivalent substitute strategy to investigate their influence on electromagnetic wave absorption performances. The attenuation mechanism of electromagnetic wave is clarified according to the contribution of conduction loss and polarization loss on dielectric loss.
