Scoping the required business management skills for community pharmacy: Perspectives of pharmacy stakeholders and pharmacy students

•Expanding roles of the community pharmacist has exposed the requirement to integrate effective business management skills within the profession.•Pharmacy students are interested in business management and perceive managerial skills are required for the community pharmacist.•Pharmacy stakeholders and students agree that human domain skills are the most prominent business management category required by community pharmacists.•Since human skills were the most identified management category required for the profession, pharmacy educators could explore current business education programs in reflection of these recommendations.
