摘要

•Lacustrine DOM quantity rose significantly with reclamation.•Reclamation lowered average molecular weight but increased the biolability of DOM.•Reclamation yielded higher content of chromophoric and humic-like fluorescent DOM.•More lipids and condensed aromatics were contained in DOM with reclamation.
