Deuterium permeation behavior in a FeCrAl-based alloy containing Mo, Nb and Ta elements for LWR cladding application

摘要
•The deuterium permeation behavior of a fecral-based alloy added with Mo, nb and ta produced in China was investigated.•Deuterium permeation is controlled by a combination of bulk diffusion and surface processes.•The ratios of the permeability of the fecral-based alloy to that of the 316 L and Zr-4 were also given.•The Arrhenius equation for deuterium permeability and diffusion coefficient of the fecral-based alloy were obtained.
