摘要

•CQDs modified 3D-flower like BiOX photocatalyst were successfully prepared.•Photocatalytic activity were evaluated by degradation of RhB and LEV.•Effects on Rye seed growth over RhB and LEV intermediate were researched.•Antibacterial activity towards E. coli with LEV intermediate were studied.•A possible degradation pathway of RhB and LEV were proposed base on HPLC-MS.
