摘要
·6·2% of children and adolescents in Lebanon experience clinically significant depressive symptoms and 11·5% experience suicidal ideations.·Parent child conflict, parental psychopathology and bullying emerge as strong correlates of depressive symptoms and suicidal ideations among children and adolescents.·Incorporating parental psychopathology and parent-child relationship during assessments of children and adolescents is important, as are interventions that target bullying. This may help decrease the risk of depressive symptoms and suicidality in this age group.
