Giant Right Coronary Artery Aneurysm

Introduction: 64-year-old male with history of hypertension and pelvic arteriovenous malformation was evaluated for hematuria. He presented with an incidental aneurysmal structure (6.8 x 8 cm) in the thorax on CT abdomen. Pertinent family history of a father with multiple aneurysms.
