摘要
•Superionic Li1.4Al0.4GexTi1.6−x(PO4)3 solid electrolyte is successfully synthesized by a facile solution-based method.•The dependence of ionic conductivity and activation energy on Ge content is thoroughly investigated.•The synthesized solid electrolyte has displayed a high conductivity of 1.05 × 10−3 S/cm.
