Effect of chromium and boron incorporation methods on structural and catalytic properties of hierarchical ZSM-5 in the methanol-to-propylene process

摘要
•Hierarchical M-ZSM-5 (M = Cr, B) were synthesized by CTAB and F127 mesoporogens.•Introduction of metals was performed by impregnation and hydrothermal synthesis.•Preferred growth orientation of zeolites affected their catalytic performance.•Cr (VI) species and OH groups were predominant in the impregnated Cr-ZSM-5.•The best performance in the MTP process was obtained for impregnated B-ZSM-5.
