Primary intraventricular Glioblastoma GBM: Case report and review of literature

•We present a rare case of primary intraventricular glioblastoma multiforme.•Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is known as the most malignant primary brain tumor.•GBM found in ventricles is rare and has a worse prognosis than other locations.•Our patient showed a long-term survival of 78 months.•The surgery's aim is to increase the length of survival and the quality of life.
