摘要
•Industrial application of NaOH–Na2CO3 method was realized by thermodynamics analysis, lab and industrial experiments.•Efficiently removal of scale-forming ions was realized via adding alkali solution and raw brine simultaneously.•Converting HCO3– in raw brine to CO32– and reducing Na2CO3 consumption by increase pH of 11.6.•Increase the deposition reaction road of CaCO3 via regulating brine pH value during the industrial application.
