摘要
Laser-induced periodic surface structures, so-called LIPSS, were obtained using linearly polarized femtosecond laser pulses on metal glasses with compositions Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si15.5B7 and Co73Fe1Mn3Mo1Si13B9. The effect of laser parameters on spatial period and regularity of LIPSS was observed. Highly regular and low spatial frequency LIPSS with a period in the range of 850-950 nm was revealed using FESEM studies. The backscattered X-ray diffraction method revealed no devitrification of the amorphous structure upon LIPSS forming. Magnetic properties including saturation magnetization, coercive force, thermomagnetic curves were measured for both materials before and after LIPSS generation. It was observed that LIPSS impacts the coercive force of the amorphous Fe-and Co-based alloys.
