摘要

•Zinc-Nickel ferrite nanoparticles are synthesized from solution combustion method using urea as a fuel.•XRD and FTIR spectral studies confirms the formation of single-phase spinel structure.•FESEM reveals about surface morphology and bandgap is calculated by using UV–Vis spectra of all sample.
