摘要

•Single pulse ps front and rear side ablation thresholds of thin Al/PET films are presented.•Numerical simulations yield good agreement with experiment.•The low ablation thresholds require melting of the Al film combined with PET evaporation.•With a wide processing window, multi-beam parallel patterning with a SLM demonstrates acceleration of thin film removal.
