Writing skyrmion at a specific position in synthetic antiferromagnetic racetrack by voltage

•A novel synthetic antiferromagnetic nanotrack with a circular heterostructure is proposed.•Writing and driving a single AFM skyrmion are sequential operation at an individual device.•The method of writing an AFM skyrmion is implemented by apply the voltage pluse with lower power consumption.•The position and size of generated AFM skyrmion can be controllable.
