摘要
•(Bi2)m(Bi2Te3)n nanotubular architectures were fabricated via the Kirkendall effect.•Tellurium precursor played a crucial role in the formation of nanoscale tubular structure.•(Bi2)m(Bi2Te3)n contains four custom-built composition of Bi2Te3, Bi4Te3, BiTe, and Bi2Te3-Te.•The results were verified by XRD, SEM, EDX, HR-TEM, SAED, and ICP-OES.
