摘要

•Production of thermotolerant blastospores of Cordyceps fumosorosea was investigated.•Nitrogen source affects sporulation and intracellular trehalose and mannitol of blastospores.•The correlation between intracellular trehalose and mannitol prior to heat stress and its thermotolerance is revealed.
