PDA decorated spaced TiO2 nanotube array photoanode material for photocathodic protection of 304 stainless steels

摘要
A uniform polymer film of PDA was formed on TiO2 nanotubes by dip-coating. PDA has excellent adhesion and stability, it can enhance the visible light absorption and improve the separation of electrons and holes of the carrier. The surface potential of 304SS can be reduced to −780 mV by the PDA@TiO2, and the cathodic protection performance is significantly improved.
