摘要

•Zr-BMGs and 1060-Al alloy was ultrasonically brazed using zn-3al alloy.•Ultrasound-induced interfacial metallurgic reaction behavior was studied.•Zn50Al25Zr25 IMC layer was created in the joint brazed for 64 s.•Zn50Al25Zr25/Zn-rich phase composite layers in the joint brazed for 96 s.•The shear strength of joint brazed for 64 s was 68 MPa.
