摘要

•This is the first phytochemical investigation of the leaves of Eremophila spathulata.•A combination of HPLC and HPLC-PDA-HRMS-SPE-NMR afforded seven compounds.•The structures were identified as new caryophyllane sesquiterpenoids by HRMS and 2D NMR.
