摘要
•High-pressure SPS was used to fabricate graphene reinforced Ti6Al4V composite.•Reaction ratios of in-situ TiC to FLG were 4:6, 7:3 and 9:1 for 850, 900 and 950 ℃.•3D network interface configuration under 900 ℃ led to better load-bearing capacity.•FLG self-lubricating and hard debris mainly accounted for better wear resistance.
