摘要
•Cr/Mo/W dopant changes the occupying priority of interstitial He in pure Ni.•NiCr has a relatively higher migration barrier than pure Ni, while both NiMo and NiW are lower.•Effective diffusivity of interstitial He atom in Ni-based alloys decreases with increasing of the temperature and Cr/Mo/W concentrations.•Cr/Mo/W alloying influences He clustering properties and hampers their growth to larger sizes, in addition to Cr trapping smaller clusters.
