摘要

•A novel bifunctional fluorescent probe PTFD was prepared.•PTFD showed dual channel detection of N2H4 with rapid response, excellent selectivity, and high sensitivity.•PTFD can be successfully applied for imaging of N2H4 in HeLa cells and zebrafish.•This work provides a new idea for the design of dual channel probe.
