摘要

•The elevated TFH cells in patients with active SLE were mostly TCF1 negative.•The CD62L-TCF1-TFH subset with weaker IL-21 secretion and lower PD1 was elevated in patients with active SLE.•The changes in TCF1-related TFH cell subsets could reflect the condition and autoimmunity of SLE patients.
