摘要

•Nanocrystalline films Fe99.2÷56.6Ti0÷13.2B0÷34 are prepared by dc magnetron deposition.•The phase and structural states determine their magnetic properties and magnetic structure parameters.•The existence of intergranular exchange interaction was demonstrated.•Stochastic magnetic structure of the films was comprehensively analyzed.•The nature of the anisotropy field of the system was clarified.
