摘要

Photodynamic therapy for bacillus Calmette-Guérin–unresponsive bladder cancer with TLD-1433 appears safe with an acceptable pharmacokinetic profile. A signal for effectiveness was also seen in the phase 1b trial, thus warranting pursuit of a phase 2 trial.
