An Interval Power Quality Analysis Method for Active Distribution Network Considering DG Uncertainty

With the increasing quantity and capacity of Distributed Generation (DG) in distribution network, its penetration rate becomes higher and higher. However, the uncertainty of DG makes the characteristics of voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation and harmonic change a lot. Power quality of distribution network is deeply affected. This paper proposes a power-quality analysis method for active distribution network based on interval-affine algorithm. The affine power quality index is obtained by power flow, and the relative influence factors are established to quantitatively analyze the impact of DG on power quality. Finally, taking IEEE 33 bus system as an example, the influence of DG on power quality of distribution network has been analyzed quantitatively.
