摘要

Background: Melanoma overexpresses melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) receptors (MCR1), making it a specific target for melanoma imaging and therapy. Therefore, our aim is to carry out the radiolabeling with 68gallium (Ga) and 177lutetium (Lu) of α-MSH peptide (DOTA-Re-CCMSH) analogue and perform its preclinical evaluation.
