Simultaneous screening and analysis of 155 veterinary drugs in livestock foods using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole linear-ion-trap mass spectrometry

•Simultaneous screening and quantification of 155 veterinary drugs was conducted by UHPLC-QTRAP-MS in the multiple reaction monitoring-information dependent acquisition-enhanced product ion (MRM-IDA-EPI) mode.•Satisfactory qualitative and quantitative validation parameters were provided.•Qualitative data was comparing with UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap/MS.•The developed method showed several positive findings in real samples.
