Biomimetic metal–organic frameworks navigated biological bombs for efficient lung cancer therapy

The biomimetic metal–organic frameworks (MOF) were constructed to navigate biological bombs (BEFORE) for lung cancer therapy. The biological bombs-loaded structure not only killed the transfected lung cancer cells but the neighbor ones through the “bystander effect”, which induced efficient suppression of lung cancer. Our work opens a new avenue for lung cancer treatment with biomimetic MOF navigated biological bombs.
