摘要
At present, the literature regarding the natural history of patients with saccular thoracic aortic aneurysms (TAAs) is limited. Furthermore, saccular-shaped aneurysms are often treated at smaller diameters, despite the lack of evidence to support this practice. The aim of this study was to examine the differences in presentation, treatment, and outcomes between saccular and fusiform TAAs in the descending thoracic aorta.
